By using our services, subscribing to any of our services or reading any content on our website, you have engaged in our service and you confirm to be bound by the terms and rules stated herein. studies to anyone who would like to become part of our platform. The services
shall be specifically available to those who have subscribed to any of our
plans and those who are registered students of our website. As a user, your
access to such online courses may be provided to you through your online
verified account. The users can choose either to use a ready-made resume and a cover
letter template to make their accounts or they can upload their own resumes. My
Port Space will generate a link that the users would be able to share with
others. The users will be able to select a subscription plan and after choosing
the plan users will be able to access all services of My Port Space. As a user,
student or custom, you affirm and agree that any online services, content and
courses affiliated with any of our services shall be subject to the terms,
policies, and procedures of this website.
2. REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 13 years old or above to
use any of our services.

You must agree to let us collect the data you
are willingly going to provide us.
c.
You must not be otherwise barred or restricted
by any law from signing the legal documents and/or agreements.

content on My Port Space’s website including intellectual property such as the

designs, videos, layout, general or any specific materials and information
related to the website, data, databases, and all other information and
intellectual property accessible on or through our website is the property
(through IP laws or licenses) of the owner of this website and are protected by
United States copyright and intellectual property laws. All the third-party
services and links available through our website are only for the purpose of
providing our services and such services, listings and links are protected
under the laws of the third-party services partners.

Currently, student, clients and users of our service can pay for our services through a host of different payment platforms available through secured channels. As a user/student of our platform, your payment information will be processed automatically by the payment platforms you chose to pay for, and those payment gateways will treat and safeguard your data with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. 5.1. SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
In the case of a subscription, the user/student can select the pricing for the specific plan that suits them best. In our subscription policy, the billing cycle shall start from the time the subscriber makes the first payment according to a plan, which can be monthly or annually. Subscribers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information. The initial term of subscription commences on the start date and continues for the term identified in the order. This term will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of identical length unless noted otherwise in the order, and the next payment of fees will also be automatically collected, unless either party provides the other with written notice of its intent not to renew at least 24 hours prior to the end of the initial or any renewal term. Either party may terminate his/her subscription during the term. In case of termination, the fees will not be charged for any subsequent month or year.
6. REFUND POLICY
The refund is a client’s request to receive the amount he has paid for an item or service since, our services, plans, packages and digital services including any other materials are available instantly due to their digital nature and these services and digital products can be terminated by ending the subscription, therefore, there are no refunds on the any of our service’s digital products/courses or other materials once the order has been processed
6.1. LIMITED REFUND CONDITION
If due to some technical problem or difficulty or otherwise
due to any problem if we are unable to deliver any of our services, digital
products or materials to the users, clients or students and it continued to be
like that for more than three days, the amount that the user/student/client has
paid will be refunded as soon as possible to the original method of payment.
7.1. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

Accessing any of our resources by means
other than we provide is prohibited.
b.
You are agreeing that any information you
provide will always be correct, accurate, and according to law.
c.
It is prohibited to engage in any activity
or business which may disrupt or interfere with our website content, our

or counterfeit source code, logos, business models, products, videos, samples, or
services in any way nor will you sell them on your own.
