Mission Hope Foundation understands that transitioning to adulthood is no laughing matter. Planning for the entrance into adulthood should be a strategic undertaking, factoring in every area of the student's life after high school. 

Through the Transforming Youth for Independent Futures Project (TYIF), students will have digital access to a Transition Roadmap that will store their individualized transition plans. 

The TYIF Project Roadmap consists of interest assessments, budget-building, resource directories, and goal-setting and attainment tools. When students complete this Transition Roadmap, they will have a tangible resource they can refer to, during and after their transition.
