SimuEmploy Career Development & Workforce Simulation

SimuEmploy is Mission Hope Foundation's integrated career-development curriculum and workforce simulation platform designed to introduce high school students to the employment world through instruction, guided practice, and realistic workforce simulations. Students develop knowledge related to career exploration, workforce entry, workplace expectations, professional communication, performance, and employment transition while using simulation technology to practice navigating many of those experiences.

SimuEmploy is organized around the Employee Life Cycle, helping students understand experiences they may encounter before, during, and after employment. The curriculum provides the knowledge and preparation, while simulation technology provides opportunities to apply that knowledge through realistic workplace experiences. SimuEmploy bridges the distance between knowing what should occur and having practiced what to do when it occurs.

What Students Experience

Students explore careers, develop employment documents, learn workplace expectations, practice professional communication, navigate organizational processes, respond to feedback, solve workplace problems, and prepare for adulthood transition. Applicable state and federal learning standards and career-readiness competencies can be incorporated into programming while SimuEmploy maintains consistent career-development domains and competencies. This allows schools and programs to connect SimuEmploy with their existing instructional requirements.
